Burlington Museums Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of a new community member, Jody Eagen, to its Board of Directors.

Jody had 20 successful years in leadership positions with Wardair and The Globe and Mail. Since 1996, he has contributed to business successes as a consultant, coach, and trainer.
He is an accomplished and solutions-oriented business leader with significant strategic planning, problem-solving, and coaching skills across a wide variety of initiatives and industries. An articulate program management professional with strong abilities in providing strategic leadership, communicating new program requirements, and developing efficient procedures within team-centered units. He has held interim roles as Director of Information Technology, Director of Performance Management, Senior Project Manager, Sales Manager, and Manager of HR and Recruiting.
As a Partner with Solutionstream Performance Improvement and Leadership Management International Associate, Jody now offers over 60 years of proven programs that create personal and business development.
Jody is also a part-time faculty member at Conestoga College, where he teaches Management and Leadership Skills, as well as other courses in the School of Business.
